[northeast] FiOS in apartment buildings

I live in Brooklyn, NY and I was looking at a PDF and some other materials on how FiOS is brought into a private residence.

How or will Verizon propose to bring it into an apartment?

Will they create a demarc in the building or make modifications to an existing demarc and then run the rest of it using unshielded tested pair, or do they have a different device to provide the service to apartment dwellers?
