This is too small a company to rely on for phone, video, & internet access with too small a staff to fix things when something big goes wrong - like cable cuts, server farm meltdown, etc. If you are an adventurous sort - maybe they are for you?

Thats probably about 500 customers Max.. in a neighboorhood the size of a peanut.
I'd probably use them if it was available.

Yeah, because Verizon's "we'll take 5 days to repair your 'business grade' T1" is so damn awesome. If only someone could emulate the VZ customer service and repair methodology, it would be utopia.  |
