Too small a company to rely on

This is too small a company to rely on for phone, video, & internet access with too small a staff to fix things when something big goes wrong - like cable cuts, server farm meltdown, etc. If you are an adventurous sort - maybe they are for you?

i think it's more then enough considering they only serve about 50 apartment complex. Thats probably about 500 customers Max.. in a neighboorhood the size of a peanut.

I'd probably use them if it was available.

The big guys can take their time fixing big problems, too. And they probably call the same contractors when something goes wrong as the small guys do.

Hah!

Yeah, because Verizon's "we'll take 5 days to repair your 'business grade' T1" is so damn awesome. If only someone could emulate the VZ customer service and repair methodology, it would be utopia.
