down here allso im starting to think sunrocket was a bad idea this aint the 1st time my friends call me and it never works thay ge a busy thang so many probs  i hate getting free phones and dropping services after 3 months of it |

Prior to the service going down did anyone notice choppy voice for a few minutes? Or was it just me?

I'll have to humble myself to Vonage. And they tried to woo me back last month with a few free months of service.... should have jumped all over it. |

I had an echo on my end (I could hear my voice echoing back) yesterday 8/30 and just a bit today. QOS tests online were good and my up/down thru cox was great....
I finally got my number ported over (after being in "no man's land" for the weekend) so hopefully SR will pull thru and be back up and stay that way.

wow this sure doesnt look good. i just signed up for sunrocket last week because of all the positive reviews and i just got my gizmo tonight and got it all up and running and now this?!?! |

I have both sunrocket and packet 8 packet for the last one and half year(paacket 8 , SR since July 05) has been the most reliable of services for me although the SR Call quality may be better slightly. |

dead in san diego. i think anyway. I just got my gizmo a few hours ago and just now had the chance to set it all up. on the gizmo's web config, the registration status for line 1 is "not registered". i assume this is because it can't reach SR's servers?
internet connection works great still.  i was just hoping i'd get to try out the phones tonight. oh well... |

My sunrocket went down last night 8/31/05 too. It wouldn't be so bad if these Sunrocket outages were once in a few month experience. I find I have short term outages every 2 weeks... |
