They are aware of the problem and technicians are working on the problem. The support tech did not have any specific details. He thinks the system will be up within the hour. There is a system wide problem.

| Down in Saint Louis also....and I thought we were through with the major outages after the capacity was doubled or tripled 6 weeks ago! Guess not!
Have dialtone but no outgoing calls are completing. Incoming calls complete after a delay of about 10 seconds(if your caller waits that long)

| I had an echo on my end (I could hear my voice echoing back) yesterday 8/30 and just a bit today. QOS tests online were good and my up/down thru cox was great....
I finally got my number ported over (after being in "no man's land" for the weekend) so hopefully SR will pull thru and be back up and stay that way.
