Sunrocket seems to be down 9:30 PM eastern time 8/31/05 (I'm in NE Ohio). Was on a call and the connection was dropped. Calling the party back resulted in silence. Calling my phone from my cell just gives me a fast busy after 20 seconds of silence. What's strange is that my home phone rings but the two never connect.

Just got off of the phone with SR support.
They are aware of the problem and technicians are working on the problem. The support tech did not have any specific details. He thinks the system will be up within the hour. There is a system wide problem.
That is all I was told. |

I'm sure he's going to say that these reports are a 'fabrication' and 'that everything is in the imagination of many SunRocket users'. |

Not working in Seattle, either. I get dialtone, but calls do not get connected. Incoming calls ring the phone several times but when I pick up there is silence. |

Down in Saint Louis also....and I thought we were through with the major outages after the capacity was doubled or tripled 6 weeks ago! Guess not!
Have dialtone but no outgoing calls are completing. Incoming calls complete after a delay of about 10 seconds(if your caller waits that long)

Calling my number from my cell I can't even hear any rings (from my cell) which is odd. Hopefully these outages don't happen often. I have only been with Sunrocket for a couple weeks. I still have a grace period to cancel. |
