this appears to be the suspect he was mistaken for according to the C4 clip - (hussein osman, who is now in custody in italy pending extradition)
all seems pretty much as i posted here {variant(ib) - no challange} ... the key error from which all else fails being at the surveillance stage.

this leak (which appears to be partial i.e. only some of the evidence so far gathered) does demonstrate that the press claim that there was no CCTV footage was rubbish (probably a journo chancing their arm imho)
i imagine the IPCC are apoplectic atm. |
