Thanks for your replys. I will try both of those suggestions but as of right now, things seem to be working okay. Not sure if Insight was having trouble last night or what. I do know that right before I hit the sack last night, my modem went completely out. I wonder if they work on the lines and stuff at midnight!!

Springfield, IL		 They do work at times overnight so they don't disrupt service during peak usage hours.
