Knightstown, IN | Quick tip... don't use the Insight install disk. You don't need the crap it loads on your computer. Your service has already been configured the first time you set it up. Just use an ethernet cable from the modem to your computer or router. |

Those numbers that you mentioned are not on the bill. You will need to call Insight to find out what they are. I remember them being on the original work order when I had it installed but not on the bill.
