Logan must think lease doesn't cover it...

I think Logan must feel their lease doesn't keep the airline from setting up free wireless otherwise that would have been the grounds that they would have went after them on. So instead they invented the security garbage. Given todays climate in the "Land of the Brave" it just might work.
