I know Vonage provides US and Canada numbers, however, in Canada Vonage charges $20 shiiping fee, $40 activation fee and a %50 disconnection fee. This is a rediculous amount of "one time" fee. Any other options out there?
Your source of info is incorrect. There is no $50 disconnection fee when you sign with vonage.
You can also check out primus and acanac and let us know your choice.

There is a cancellation fee with Vonage. However, in Canada they refund the cancellation fee once they receive the Phone adpater back from you.
