|  [BroadVoice] Other party hears me Quiet
I have BroadVoice BYOD with the SPA-1001 and I am having the problem that the other party can barely hear me. I am sure that I can somehow change the volume. Does anyone know how?
I think the problem lies with the SPA or my router (WRT54G) because I have sipgate.de on line 2 with the same problem. |

| What codec are you using when you are barely audible? You can find this on the Info tab of your Sipura's web interface (look at "Call1 Encoder" and "Call1 Decoder".
If you don't want to change the volume on your handset, you can do it on the SPA by increasing the value of "FXS Port Input Gain" in the "Regional" tab. This is from the SPA1000 I have, maybe it is slightly different on the 1001. |
