I would think that it's implied the kind of models that we were talking about weren't all one solid color or something blatantly stupid like that. 
As for me, a lot of the weapons models I have are those that are modeled after the real weapons, e.g. putting the pull-bar on the awp in the correct side, and so on.

It should be banned. Whats going to stop me from making a bright orange model? Gives you an unfair advantage in dark areas and long range. Multiplayer games should remain a level playing field for everyone.
