It depends on what you consider "broadcast". If they are talking about just OTA signals, that is relatively few and probably fairly simple to do. If they are are talking about what is available via cable tv or satellite, that's a whole 'nother story.

Keep in mind that this is strictly OTA digital. Cable and satellite would give you even more channels.
