you need to set up proxies, sas.r31.insightbb.com port 8000, bypass *.r31.insightbb.com, there ya go
once finished, remove proxies.

(I know this 'cuz I'm a contractor)

@insightBB.com		 Ok, exactly how do I set that up. When I try to go to sas.r31.insightbb.com, I get a page cannot be displayed error.

If I need to set it up another way, please inform me, because Im not very informed about this.
