I guess didn't forget it, I don't ever recall seeing it. My earliest computing experiences go back as far as Apple IIs (green) and TRS-80s (b&w) in the late '70s and amber in the early 80s.
Maybe blue came before or after? |

But, I used to do level 2 tech support many years ago on this really large red/orange plasma displays that could display 4 different sessions on the same screen. |
