It would be nice if Insight were to send a notice like this to all of their customers. Once again, Customer Service with them has gone to shit.

 This may in fact just be area specific. We have seen this happen in the past. There have been many times recently when others received this type of notice and I saw nothing in my inbox. So this may just be something specific to this area.
