Im sure yall have already noticed that live in louisville that there seems to be major speed problems like timeouts, slow web pages etc. Not sure whats its like in other areas. |

| Yes there is and I've had it. I hung up after 30 min on hold to tech support. I've never got any help from them anyway. It's always been my computer's fault.
My neighbor just left Insight for DSL. I'm going to call them and see what they're paying |
