The web site and the service seem to me to be 2 different things.

| I want to say they are tied together on this i know vonage is. When they did the upgrade to vm the web site was not working nor the phone but it was only out for 10 mins it was out. I thing i do like about vonage is that you can see if they are having system problems when you log in. |
