sunrocket alert, there is a known issue that is resulting in some customers not being able to make or receive calls, our people are working on it... no ETR -- Anything I say can and will be used against me in a court of law. | reply to mph300 Sunrocket down here in Sterling, Virginia as well. Customer service says the service is down in some areas but it looks it is down everywhere!! Inbound call rings but no audio in either direction.
Seems like Sunrocket is experiencing MAJOR outage!!
Is Sunrocket going the Broadvoice way??

SunRocket Alert - SunRocket is experiencing a service issue at this time which is resulting in some SunRocket customers not being able to make or receive calls at this time. Our technical and network engineering staff is aware of the problem and we're working to restore service as soon as possible. There is no time frame for a fix at this time. Thank you. |

| reply to mph300 Down here in "chicago" area code (really I'm in Israel). I had no voice light, then it came back but call didn't complete, now I rebooted and there is no voice light again. The gizmo did properly PPPoE me online--the wan light seems to start blinking very fast then stopping, and starting up again...but no voice light. |

| reply to mph300 Boy, some people... This is the first issue I have ever had with SunRocket in regards to actual service being down... Other than that mine has just been bandwith management issues all on my side...
Don't jump ship just for a single problem... it happens to everyone... SBC has crappy phone service in Poway, CA where my office is located... We continually have issues with our POTS and DSL service... everything in the complex is new too... its crazy...
Bottom line... Everyone has issues, it happens, its technology, don't bend to the incumbent Bells who have had over 100 years to get their technology to where its at... -- Anything I say can and will be used against me in a court of law. I guess I am a SR "veteran" having had the service since the beginning of the year. Service in those early months was so outstanding that I guess I give them the benefit of the doubt with these recent outages. I know they are growing quickly, but I do hope they get their act together soon. |

| reply to mph300 It's out for me. I get ringing on incoming calls but then the calls do not connect. On outgoing calls I get silence...but if I hold on for a nearly a minute, sometimes i can hear that the call has gone through and is already in progress.
