I was curious if any other members were experiencing an outage with their SR service. My service has been out for about 15 minutes for outgoing calls. Don't know about incoming. I have voice light and dialtone, just no call completion after dialing.:(

Update: Service went out at about 12:45 pm cst. Voice light was still working. Now, 4:00pm cst and still no service and no voice light
Update: Voice light back on at 6:02 pm cst. No incoming or outgoing calls are working though.

I just came back from vacation and noticed the voice light was out. Spent about 30 minutes rebooting/reseting/etc thinking something happened while I was out, before checking here and finding out it seems to be a nationwide issue. | |

| Sunrocket down here in Sterling, Virginia as well. Customer service says the service is down in some areas but it looks it is down everywhere!! Inbound call rings but no audio in either direction.
Seems like Sunrocket is experiencing MAJOR outage!!
Is Sunrocket going the Broadvoice way??

I have Vonage, I recommended SR because the deal is too good to pass up. Vonage has been rock solid 11 months and counting, hope Sunrocket gets this resolved and does not happen again | |
