[SunRocket] SR Down-No outgoing calls

Hello,

I was curious if any other members were experiencing an outage with their SR service. My service has been out for about 15 minutes for outgoing calls. Don't know about incoming. I have voice light and dialtone, just no call completion after dialing.:(

Update: Service went out at about 12:45 pm cst. Voice light was still working. Now, 4:00pm cst and still no service and no voice light

Update: Voice light back on at 6:02 pm cst. No incoming or outgoing calls are working though.

Same problem here. Service went out around 1:45 pm ET. I get dial tone but unable to make outbound calls.

yeah, my service is out here as well. it's been about 25 mins since I got cut off the phone. it seems the number is not registering with the gizmo. anyone else is south florida?

Very flaky in Maryland. Net result is the service is not only unusable but a real interruption. Rings both main and forwarded line but no one there.

I get no dialtone and, of course, no calls. Powered off gizmo twice but no joy. Once again SR is in the weeds.

I'm down in NY

It seems I can make and receive calls however there is no sound at all in either direction. Is anybody else having that particular problem?

Well, my phone service IS affected!!!!

And why the heck are they doing website "improvements" in the daytime?!!

OPut here in Cleveland, OH as well.

I just came back from vacation and noticed the voice light was out. Spent about 30 minutes rebooting/reseting/etc thinking something happened while I was out, before checking here and finding out it seems to be a nationwide issue.

West Boca Raton Area; I was blaming it to Adelphia who said it was an Internet Connection; so I thought it was not Sunrocket.

When Sunrocket goes down does the gizmo also goes down? I dont have internet connection (and of course no VoIP service).

Has anybody been able to get in contact with SR customer service? I'vbe been attempting to ust the web chat but I keep getting "All representatives are busy. Please try back shortly."

^^ These guys are always busy; I have found that the best time to call is before 9 AM EDT.

Now the site is acting goofy. My recent call log says "no recent calls" and I get nothing but the menue bar when i try to check incoming and outgoing.
