I live right behind my local Insight office and one day a guy came to my door hawking the $30.00 deal.
I was a little pissed that he was there considering I already have 2 digital cable boxes,2 movie channels,and Insightbb already.
I just called them and told them I was upset about the door to door deal and they hooked me up for a year:)

| You're lucky... I've been getting postcards in the mail for awhile so I finally called them and they refused to give me the deal unless I canceled my service for 3 months and then renewed.
It's so silly to treat someone that has been a loyal customer for 8 years this way, but I guess that's business. |
