Sucks that the upload speed is going stay the same

The current I have the Comcast 4.4Mbps/384Kbps and I'm reading there only going to upgrade the download speed by 2Mbps and keep the upload speed at 384Kbps. I mean if Comcast is doing speed upgrades you would at lest think they would make the upload speed faster than it is now and not leave it at the same speed it is now . I'm not at all happy about the uploads speed at all Sometime I like to email myself larges amounts of data when I have no CD-R disc's to use and at 384Kbps I have to wait a while. Why Comcast is keeping the upload speed the same I'll never know.
