I suppose...

you guys defending theft of someone else's service would also keep incorrect change under the "if they're that stupid" defense.

Just because someone leaved their front door unlocked doesn't give you an invitation to enter.

This isn't simply diverting water run off from someone else's lawn onto yours like you guys like to imply (a passive occurrence), this is you actively connecting to someones equipment that they paid for without their permission and stealing service they pay for.

Theft is a very simple concept...for everyone except today's generation I guess.

Yeah well, we can thank nobody except YOUR generation for the current state of this country. Can't wait until they're all dead and gone... wretched old farts in Congress and the Senate clinging onto their powers for as long as they can. I guess it's true after all: you don't get voted out of office, you simply die.

My generation in Congress? Wow the Senate is made up of 34 year olds these days? I didn't know that.

As for selling us...what "us" got sold to the conglomerates again? I know I have to work into June paying my taxes but I was unaware that I was sold to anyone.

You are quite welcome. Let us hope that you don't fsck it up any worse. What with your arrogance and your willingness to interpret private property rights as loosely as the Supreme Court did only last week. It will be a miracle if you do not fsck it up horribly.

I can't wait for Ted Kennedy to die myself, he is such a dick head. I guess you can't remember Chappaquiddick. That is a pity as it ensures that others, young people like yourself who can't remember it continue to place their faith (and votes) in the hands of a lecherous, drunken, coward.

But hey, one day all of us useless, stupid old people will be dead and then you will be the useless, stupid old people. When that day comes there will be some arrogant, smart assed, know-it-all kid spouting off insulting shit in a forum such as this.

Let us hope you take it with as much grace.

What commodity do you think NBC/GE, CBS/Viacom, ABC/Disney, and FOX/NewsCorp sell? Hint: it ain't their programming.

What they sell, Mr. Oliphant, is your eyes and ears. Programming is just the bait; you're the fish. Their customers are the advertisers and their "product" is viewers.

And don't think they don't own you. Just get cable or satellite and see how many out-of-town sports events are blacked out in your area because the right to determine what you can watch is owned by the local channels.
