secure or not?

well if the WIFI was not secured then i fail to see how he could be held liable. as an owner of a WIFI for my house, security is a must. i can see ppl trying to connect to my access point as the only thing wireless i have is a PSP and when that unit is off, the WIFI light is blinking like mad so its someone near me that is trying to get into my network. keep on trying is all i gotta say.
