I'm in a townhouse so it was easy since the box is right on the back wall. In condos many times they are locked in a common closet somewhere and you can't get to it. In that case you have to have the ILEC tech come out to disconnect the line. |

| Do what I did...wait until a hurricane comes, befriend the president of the condo association, and get a free set of key for everything from phone cabinets, fire alarms, and the dock full of boats, etc!  For condo's, they usually have some people living their on the committee etc, or whatever yours may call it. Befriending a few, if not done already, can surely get you in. |
