If Apple has anything to do with the design (and I hope they do), I forsee something slightly narrower the the iPod, with the scrollwheel section flipping down or sliding down to reveal the keypad. Scrollwheel could be used when the phone is closed to scroll through contacts as well as songs. Possibly more rounded off corners, as well.
