| Considering switching from SBC to DSLX
Hi all,
I'm considering switching away from SBC because they don't provide real static IPs, only PPPoE/Sticky IPs.
My questions are:
1. Does DSLX provide real, bridged static IPs? 2. does the DSL package include a dialup account for emergency use? 3. Will DSLX delegate reverse DNS to my own name server? 4. How difficult is it to transfer from SBC to DSLX? What's the proper process to do that?
Thanks!

| We provide real bridged static IPs. Unlimited nationwide dialup is a $5 monthly option. We can process reverse DNS requests for nominal fee. Using the ISP change process you should see minimal downtime. Usually on the order of less than an hour. Simply fill out a normal order form from our website and make sure to fill out the ISP change area. You can't miss it. |
