RF Problems? ...and FUD

Does this BPL installation cause interference on amateur radio frequencies like most BPL installations that exist today?

And I found this little FUD gem in the press release:
"Performance of BPL is similar to that of cable modem, but unlike cable offers the same speeds both upstream and downstream."

Cable can offer the same speed in both directions. Most cable companies just keep the upload at a lower speed to discourage servers and save on costly bandwidth charges. I would bet that the BPL provider will eventually do the same.

For new residential service in my area, 200A down, and the same on the way up... the electrons make the round trip, you know.
