| How is THAT irrelevant? The MBDA does not LOAN money out nor does the MEDC (Which the MBDA came out of). The loan is either from a finacial institution or investors.
I am a bit surprised at your concern over this "Possibly" being paid out of Taxpayer money...

The MBDA is merely attempting to get Braodband available to areas that the Good Ole Bells and cable companies don't want to cover. |
