I thought adelphia went bankrupt. Will they still have those speeds when the other cable companies take over? i hope so.

Unlikely, the new owners will convert users to whatever they're offering at the time.

This is just another example of Adelphia mis-management and mis-placed priorities. what they SHOULD be working on is getting things ready for the sale, but they all know their jobs will be gone soon so they want to make it as difficult as possible for the new owners...
