That does not sound correct, are there any drive ways or obstacles in the way? If its just 320' they should be able to use RG-11 and not hard line.....

 Thanks for the reply. There is a driveway to go under but I had conduit installed when it was poured and all they would have to do is pull it through 10' of conduit. Would take them about 2 min. $4.00 per foot seems excessive for a simple 320' RG-11 cable run.

Cicero, IN		 i would contact the local office and talk to a superviser, because you did all the work and all insight has to do is run the wire.....
