| reply to kapil Agreed... they are lacking in the personnel infrastructure department. Our company had close to three-hundred phones with them, but canceled because of poor coverage and next to no support base for the users. You would think that with that many users in one company, they would treat you a little better.

Cingular TREATS us great, just has poor coverage and/or quality. |
