Datapacket server down for over 5 days

they did not reply to any emails. The operators claim to give them messages though the same email accounts. The day the servers came back up I get a reminder to pay ? Pay for what? I replied to their request with concerns about services and they replied by shutting me down. Thankfully after day 2 of no service I transfered everything away.

STAY AWAY FROM DATA PACKET NETWORKS!!!!!!!!!!!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED
