whats wrong with my westell?

i dunno if my westell wirespeed is not working correctly but i was using a speedstream 5100 (4lights) and i was getting a steady 620k/s download and 64k/s upload...well this modem has since died out...and it was an old modem i had purchased while i was with sbc... now i plugged in the westell i got from dslextreme...and the fastest i can dload is 300k/s with upload at 40k/s...

anyone know whats wrong or what i should do?

 Can you send me over your DSLExtreme username or DSL phone number so I can take a look at your line readings? Each DSL modem will sync or rate adapt differently on each line.
