Insight broadband has been very slow in Noblesville for the past 2 months. Tech Support said the node is running at 100% during peak hours (6pm-12am). They said it will take time for them to divide the node to eliminate the problem. The maintenance the other night has done nothing for the speeds. DSL is looking better and better by the day....
