Mdaemon for mail
IIS for web
Mikrotik for bandwidth control, possibly PPPOE in the future.
PRTG for SNMP graphing.
WhatsUp Gold for basic monitoring
We are currently working on a customer billing and crm solution based on .net but right now it's done in quickbooks and ASP pages.
