| [Lingo] UK Mobile Rate Down to (more reasonable) 28 cents
For those using Lingo to call UK you may have been aware, as I was, their rate of 42 cents wasn't exactly competitive.
I recently e-mailed them and got a swift but curt reply that the rates were the rates and they had no idea if there would be any changes. No explanation why they were uncompetitive but I gave them the rates of 5 or 6 VoIP competitors to show them how far off they were.
Anyway, while playing around on the Lingo web site trying to see this quality control option I checked the rates for some reason - seems UK mobile is now listed as 28 cents per minute.
Haven't made a call yet and don't now when the change took effect and the May invoices aren't up yet to see if this is/was retroactive.
Anyway for UK callers just thought I'd let you know it should now be 28 cents to mobiles.
