IE's Trusted Zone List and Zone Controls > Netscape.
IE = loads fast and smooth (for most ppl at the least  ) > Netscape's bloatedness.
If I couldn't use IE, I'd rather go with Mozilla or Firefox than to use Netcrap.

The thing is be honest.. If you don't like Netscape because it's slow, that's fine, but I can't see that.. Netscape is the fastest browser I ever ran, plus I can make it work on ANY site! Unlike Firefart, Exploder, or Oh!-Please-UH! (Opera)...
