I would imagine that FF has cache & temp files but I can't seem to find them. Do I need to concern myself with FF cache, temp and .dat files the way I did for IE?

I like to empty it from time to time and block certain cookies. It can't hurt. |

Were you using CacheSentry for IE? I do and it works great.
As for Firefox, I think it doesn't have those problems.
As for the cache, look under c:\Documents and Settings\YOURUSERNAME\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\
for a Cache folder.

Tools>options> privacy > cache > clear button |
