| Re: Hmmmmm..... There was a time when I found this amazing, too. Then I dealt with the RBOCs for a few years, and realized that they get away with it all the time, so why not expect them to do it?

| Re: Hmmmmm..... They have behaved badly over and over again with no consequences. The "deep pockets" twist things in their ads about muni ventures just enough to make them seem like they never succeed, and print them over and over again until they hope the voters will believe them (like in the TriCities and in the upcoming election in Lafayette).
I would also expect the RBOCs to promise they will bring new technology to you as well whenever a muni build is proposed. They are always promising that, then all that is delivered is a price increase. It is insulting really.
