You're not the only one getting those. It's one of the newer phishes see »Email About a Bank Account I Don't Even Have?
These irritating emails never cease... 
For reporting, I recommend the antiphishing.org site. It's a legitimate clearinghouse and reporting center for just that type of scam.

You should also call your bank using whatever number is on your statement if you feel it's a phish, or of you have clicked on the link. They're more amenable to taking these reports than they used to be.
