yes, correct from tap then it buried then resurfaces by cable box when I had cable tv it went into a splitter
removed tv side on splitter when I went to sat tv
then from outlet directly to modem but everything seems fine at the moment

| Have you had anyone (from Insight) some out there and look at your house?? You have been having the same problem for a while..........there could be a problem with your drop, fittings, ground block, outlet, and even the modem. |
