It is current 14:46 EST and it appears to me that BVD is having an outage (something I don't think I have experienced with them yet). My DTA won't light up ready (okay flash ready), and trying to call them yields a busy signal.
The fact that I get a busy if I try to call BVD tells me it is almost for sure and outage. Either their lines are also out, or so many people are calling that their lines are busy. Either way I am frustrated but of course there is a first time for everything. As long as I am back up and running "soon" I will sure be annoyed but I won't be switching due to one outage. But can anybody else confirm the outage? |

Hmm, still out for me at 15:15... I wonder if it is just me. Still can't call BVD though so... |

I am still out... I noticed last night I couldn't create a ticket (it rejected my username and password). Now I can create a ticket so something has been fixed but still my device doesn't register.
I just created a ticket. I was worried it was my CC being rejected for some reason at first. It seems to me now however that a bunch of us have/had an outage. |

still out for me ...
Turned on my DTA, Power LED is solid green, Lan LED is solid green, In Use and Ready LED never shows any color.
My setup is : DSL Modem & Router -> dta -> PC and I can access the internet from my PC. |

It is now finally working for me again. Truth be told I don't know when it started working as I have been out all day. I just called home and checked to see that it was working (or I was going to call).
Hope it is now working for everyone else. I am disappointed in the time for it to be fixed, but of course I believe this is my first outage so I won't complain to loudly. |
