You forgot that after this year, if Maryland doesn't approve slot machines for the horse tracks, the Preakness will probably leave Baltimore and take with it the millions in tax dollars with it.
First the Mayor was against it but as soon as this condition came up, he suddenly wanted slots. Guess there aren't anymore taxes to raise. |
