There is NO SMTP server for them to provide so if you forgot what it is then you forgot who provides, and in this case its not the company providing your connection. You need to contact or look up at your - * hosting * - companies site for that info. The - * connection * - company in this scenario is NOT providing that. Just a way for the bits to get from you to the rest of the internet. And this is the correct response. "Not our problem. click."

Um, the point is, if they don't offer email (ie: they are just bare bones) then there IS no smtp server provided by them.
