Umm... when, in the history of commerce for profit, has any seller not ulitmately passed along the cost of doing business to their customers?

| Agreed, but lets look at it this way. When, in the history of commerce for profit, has any seller not ultimately passed along the cost of doing business to their customers, until after the customer was contractually obligated for service based on a bait and switch pricing scenario. |
