LOL They think they can get more people on with cheap prices go fig H**l No. Thay a are losing customer's for get about lowering the price get rid of that cap.

Maybe because after your first month, you will
find that the speed is slow like hell. Then you
will cancel. With the installation charge, Rogers
will not lost that much & at least get back few
dollar from you! LOL

They have installation charge from the first day, just some kind of promo so they waved the installation charge.
