| reply to NeoThe1 Nope, the lines are "rented" out, and as such are still the property of Shaw. Shaw dictates how much "strain" on the nodes a 3Web customer can put on. The "strain" comes from bandwidth use, so, Shaw controls how much bandwidth 3Web users can go through.
