Insight technicians came to my house while I was at work so I don't know what they worked on...I'm guessing some problem with their line. Whatever they worked on, it fixed the problem. My signal strength is back to -4dBmV and my cable TV reception is better than it's ever been. |

join:2002-02-27 Bedford, IN | reply to Stan Wright I checked out my signal strength and it was -16dBmV. If memory serves me correctly it used to be around -5 to -7. What is a normal level for downstream signal strength? My log indicates the modem has been losing sync. |
